Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) and CoRover Private Limited Join Forces for AI-Based Solutions
New Delhi/Bengaluru, July 19, 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Defence PSU, and CoRover Private Limited, a human-centric conversational and generative AI company, have signed a two-year, non-exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on indigenously developing and deploying emerging technologies and technical solutions for AI-based solutions, particularly Conversational AI-based virtual assistants.
The strategic MoU aims to bolster the ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ (self-reliant India) initiative and contribute to the Government’s vision of a Digital India.
The collaboration will focus on areas such as Generative AI platforms, with a special emphasis on CoRover’s BharatGPT platform. This platform empowers the development of interactive applications such as Dialogue/Conversational Management, Real-Time Analytics, Speech-to-Text (STT)/Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Speech (STS), Video-to-Text, Documents-to-Text, Text-to-Q&A, Text-to-Voice, Text-to-Video, Sentiment Analysis, and many more.
