HAL Inducts New Batch of Management and Design Trainees

HAL has inducted the 45th batch of Management and Design Trainees (MTs and DTs) at a programme. The batch would go through 52-week intensive, regimental and customised training in various disciplines such as aeronautics, production, electrical, electronics, computer science, finance, human resources, legal etc.

Speaking on the occasion, CMD HAL, R Madhavan called upon the trainees to make good use of the opportunity to build their career and contribute to the national cause. “HAL produces the best flying machines for the defence forces besides providing support to various defence platforms. HAL’s training and learning programs continue throughout as you grow in the organisation and these include stints in the best overseas institutes,” he said.




Director HR, Alok Verma urged the new entrants to keep up with the changing technology in the complex industry. “Now that your dream of joining HAL is fulfilled, the company will nurture your talent. Ensure that you build your personality through a strong character and commitment to keep the flag flying high,” he added.

Out of nearly 55,000 aspirants 99 have been selected as MTs/DTs in the 45th batch.
