Elbit Systems (US) Acquires Harris Night Vision Business

The company’s US subsidiary has completed the acquisition of the night vision business of L3Harris Technologies for a purchase price of USD 350 million

Elbit Systems Ltd. on September 15 announced that its US subsidiary, Elbit Systems of America, LLC, completed the acquisition of the night vision business of L3Harris Technologies for a purchase price of USD 350 million.

Bezhalel (Butzi) Machlis, Elbit Systems president & CEO, commented on the development saying, “The market position and technological strength of Harris Night Vision make this acquisition significant to our long-term growth strategy, with a particular focus on the U.S. We believe that the completion of this acquisition will be beneficial both for Elbit Systems and for Harris Night Vision’s customers and employees.”
