Support, Training and Innovation: Arquus Unveils its Solutions at the 2025 Defense Industry Forum

As a leading provider of support to French and international land forces, Arquus puts its expertise and experience at the service of military vehicle operational readiness. At the Forum Entreprises Défense (FED) held on 8-9 October 2025 in Satory, Arquus presented its latest solutions in support, services and technological innovations, which are central to its commitment to the French armed forces, at its indoor and outdoor stands.

One of the solutions was Zetros. Combining robustness and reliability, this vehicle is specifically designed to meet the demands of the most challenging environments. This range, dedicated to extreme driving conditions, benefits from Arquus’ experience combined with Daimler’s expertise in severe operational capabilities.

This blend of know-how ensures a vehicle built for durability and ease of maintenance, with a design that facilitates servicing (fixed cab, optimized access to main components and repairable parts), as well as an extensive dealership network to support the vehicle.

Arquus emphasises the valise SERUM, developed and validated in the Scorpion programme already deployed to the army forces. Designed to facilitate the field maintenance technicians, this compact and robust solution is a perfect answer to the army’s operational demands. It perfectly illustrates Arquus’ approach: providing forces with the means to detect, locate, and resolve faults more quickly.

This solution supports technicians throughout the entire diagnostic process, at every stage: calculators’ interrogation, fault code detection, troubleshooting trees (ALPs), and intervention sheets. As such, this tool directly contributes to reducing downtime and maximising vehicle readiness. Additionally, Arquus also showcased the Agueris solution, the maintenance simulator, and its driving simulator, immersive tools that allow the reproduction of realistic breakdown, intervention, and driving scenarios. Also on display was the VMT maintenance simulator, developed in partnership with Agueris, which offers maintenance technicians the opportunity to follow complete maintenance procedures in an immersive 3D environment.

Campus Cockerill Commercy, a unique training and experimentation centre serving the armed forces, is now a major asset in Arquus' service offering. Beyond its training mission, this campus also stands out for its testing and trialing capabilities.

Arquus also relies on additive manufacturing to strengthen operational autonomy. In partnership with Vistory, Arquus is continuing its work to enable the production of spare parts directly in line with operational needs, reducing costs and logistics lead times.

Arquus is also continuing the operational development of HUMS (Health and Usage Monitoring Systems). Already implemented on the GRIFFON, these systems enable precise monitoring of critical parameters such as oil and the transfer case.

A French defence company, Arquus is an expert in protected mobility and a European leader in the design, production, and maintenance of armored vehicles, integrated into the John Cockerill industrial group since July 2024.
