During MBDA’s annual press conference, CEO of MBDA Eric Béranger emphasised the European group’s position as a leading global supplier of advanced innovative weapons systems. The CEO of MBDA highlighted MBDA’s ability to meet the increased production demands, with a production of missiles which doubled between 2023 and the end of 2025, while strengthening efforts in the years to come, with a new 40 per cent projected rise in production in 2026 alone. In an ever-changing world, MBDA continues to showcase cooperation and innovation, supporting national sovereignty through expanded production capabilities and strategic partnerships. These efforts collectively bolster European defence readiness.

Eric Beranger said, “MBDA’s continuous and successful industrial ramp-up is a major achievement for MBDA in 2025 and underscores the pressing realities we face. MBDA is now more essential than ever to Europe, serving as a key asset for the continent’s resilience and collective defence, offering to our armed forces the best means to protect what we hold dear: our freedoms, our democratic model, and our values.”

During 2025, MBDA recorded revenue of 5.8 billion euros. This growth is primarily due to successful ramp-up and deliveries, notably including the completion of major contracts with several European and other international partners, as well as the increased adoption of advanced technologies addressing the evolution of global military threats.

Eric Beranger also announced a reinforced effort on investment, to continue to deliver the company’s ambitions, with a doubled investment plan compared to what was announced in 2025, reaching 5 billion euros to be spent over 2026-2030 on the European ground.
